Background: This gene encodes a cell surface glycoprotein and member of the immunoglobulin superfamily of proteins. The encoded protein is involved in cell adhesion and cell communication in numerous cell types, but particularly in cells of the immune and nervous systems. The encoded protein is widely used as a marker for hematopoietic stem cells. This gene may function as a tumor suppressor in nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2015]

Blank control:HepG2. Primary Antibody (green line): Mouse Anti- CD90 antibody (bsm-30105M) Dilution: 2μg /10^6 cells; Isotype Control Antibody (orange line): Mouse IgG . Secondary Antibody : Goat anti-Mouse IgG-CY5 Dilution: 1μg /test. Protocol The cells were incubated in 5%BSA to block non-specific protein-protein interactions for 30 min at room temperature .Cells stained with Primary Antibody for 30 min at room temperature. The secondary antibody used for 40 min at room temperature. Acquisition of 20,000 events was performed.
