Receptor for oxytocin. The activity of this receptor is mediated by G proteins which activate a phosphatidylinositol-calcium second messenger system. SWISS: P30559 Gene ID: 5021 OTR在人的子宫平滑肌细胞膜上有缩宫素受体，缩宫素引起子宫收缩的机制可能是通过激活缩宫素受体而实现的。经研究发现，缩宫素受体在外周组织和中枢神经系统内均有分布。缩宫素与不同组织、细胞上的缩宫素受体结合，通过多种信号转导途径而发挥作用。 |
