SWISS: P21781 Gene ID: 2252 KGF/FGF7 (Fibroblast growth factor 7) 又称：HBGF-7 纤维母细胞生长因子7，是FGF家族的主要成员之一。 FGF家族参与细胞生长、组织修复、胚胎生长发育、组织器官的形成、肿瘤的生长和侵润等诸多生理病理功能。 成纤维细胞生长因子7的促增生作用主要来源于角化上皮细胞而不是间质细胞和内皮细胞，因此人们又称之为：角化上皮细胞生长因子（KGF）。 |
