5HT2A receptor is one of the several different receptors for 5-hydroxytryptamine (serotonin), a biogenic hormone that functions as a neurotransmitter, a hormone, and a mitogen. 5HT2A receptor belongs to the G-protein coupled receptor 1 family and mediates its action by association with G proteins that activate a phosphatidylinositol-calcium second messenger system. This receptor is involved in tracheal smooth muscle contraction, bronchoconstriction, and control of aldosterone production. 5HT2A receptor is an integral membrane protein which localizes to the post-synaptic thickening of axo-dendritic synapses. 5HT2A receptor protein contains a PDZ domain-binding motif which is involved in the interaction with INADL, CASK, APBA1, DLG1 and DLG4. Function: This is one of the several different receptors for 5-hydroxytryptamine (serotonin), a biogenic hormone that functions as a neurotransmitter, a hormone, and a mitogen. Tissue/cell: rat lung tissue;4% Paraformaldehyde-fixed and paraffin-embedded;
Antigen retrieval: citrate buffer ( 0.01M, pH 6.0 ), Boiling bathing for 15min; Blocking buffer (normal goat serum,C-0005) at 37℃ for 20 min; Incubation: Anti-5HT2A Receptor Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated(bs-1056R) 1:200, overnight at 4°C; The secondary antibody was Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, Cy3 conjugated(bs-0295G-Cy3)used at 1:200 dilution for 40 minutes at 37°C. 
Paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin embedded (Rat brain); Antigen retrieval by boiling in sodium citrate buffer (pH6.0) for 15min; Block endogenous peroxidase by 3% hydrogen peroxide for 20 minutes; Blocking buffer (normal goat serum) at 37°C for 30min; Antibody incubation with (5HT2A Receptor) Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-1056R) at 1:400 overnight at 4°C, followed by a conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG antibody (bs-0295G- cy3) for 90 minutes, and DAPI for nuclei staining.
