Phenylethanolamine N-methyltransferase, PNMT, catalyzes the synthesis of epinephrine from norepinephrine, (adrenalin from noradrenalin), in catecholamine biosynthesis. Function: Converts noradrenaline to adrenaline. Similarity: Belongs to the NNMT/PNMT/TEMT family. SWISS: P11086 Gene ID: 5409 Database links: UniProtKB/Swiss-Prot: P11086.1 PNMT又称去甲肾上腺素N-甲基转移酶,其作用；催化将甲基从S-腺苷酰甲硫氨酸转移到去甲肾上腺素的氨基端生成肾上腺素反应的酶。一般认为：嗜铬细胞胞浆中存在大量的PNMT，可使去甲肾上腺素甲基化而成肾上腺素（另一个生成肾上腺素的方式）。 |

HepG2 cell; 4% Paraformaldehyde-fixed; Triton X-100 at room temperature for 20 min; Blocking buffer (normal goat serum, C-0005) at 37°C for 20 min; Antibody incubation with (PNMT) polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-3912R) 1:100, 90 minutes at 37°C; followed by a conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG antibody at 37°C for 90 minutes, DAPI (blue, C02-04002) was used to stain the cell nuclei.
