简介 通用型抗体稀释液适用于免疫组织化学与免疫印迹等实验中抗体的稀释，产品添加了抗体保护剂、稳定剂等成分，有效增加了稀释后一抗的稳定性，减少抗体非特异性吸附。 使用说明： 按照抗体推荐效价（或个人优化条件），将适量抗体加入抗体稀释液即可。例如，效价为1：100时，可将10ul抗体加入到1ml抗体稀释液中，充分混匀后即可使用。抗体最好现用现稀释，稀释后的抗体2-8℃可以短期保存，但抗体的效价会随时间而降低。 注意事项： 1. 为了您的安全和健康，请穿实验服并戴一次性手套操作。 2. 此产品仅供研究，不用于临床诊断。 |
