基本信息： CAS：30827-99-7 分子式：C8H10FNO2S·HCl 分子量：239.69 MDL：MFCD00132962 级别：＞97% by HPLC 溶解性：溶于水。H2O：可溶性50mg/mL（如果在pH值低于7的条件下冷藏，则可稳定长达6个月。如果要求pH值大于7，应在使用前进行pH值调整。） 性状：白色粉末 敏感性：易吸潮 作用靶点：Thrombin; Influenza Virus; 作用通路：Metabolic Enzyme/Protease; Anti-infection; 用途：蛋白酶抑制剂，是一种水溶性的乳糜蛋白酶、激肽释放酶、纤溶酶、凝血酶、胰蛋白酶和相关溶栓酶的特异性不可逆抑制剂。PMSF和DFP的无毒替代品。AEBSF 在PH7的水溶液中4℃可保持稳定1-2个月，但在低PH条件下更稳定。推荐使用浓度为：0.1-1.0 mM。AEBSF 已用于细胞培养，使用浓度可达 0.25mM。 体外研究： AEBSF inhibits the constitutive production of Aβ by directly inhibiting β-secretase in five different human cell lines, both neural and nonneural. AEBSF, as a serine protease inhibitor, inhibits the lysis of leukemic cells by human macrophages without inhibiting macrophage secretion of TNF-α and IL-1β. AEBSF also disturbs the growth of blastocysts on endometrial cells and inhibit the adhesion of HeLa cells on HUVECs by altering the protein secretion pattern. 体内研究： AEBSF (76.8 mg/kg daily i.p.) results in prolongation of the survival of mice that have been given a lethal T. gondii infection. AEBSF also reduces airway response and underlying inflammation in cockroach allergen-induced murine model. |
