| 产品介绍 | 人恶性肿瘤携带排斥抗原，这些抗原可被患者的自体、肿瘤定向和特异性、细胞溶解性、CD8+ T淋巴细胞克隆(CTL)识别。一个重要的抗原组由MAGE家族的基因编码。因为MAGE-1在人类各种肿瘤组织(黑色素瘤、脑的神经胶质肿瘤起源、神经母细胞瘤、非小细胞肺癌,乳腺癌、胃癌、直肠癌、卵巢癌,肾细胞癌)有重要表达，而正常组织没有，所以可作为早期诊断的一个标志和治疗靶标。 |

The A431 (H) cells were fixed with 4% PFA (10 min at r.t.) and then permeabilized with 90% ice-cold methanol for 20 min at -20℃,the cells then were incubated in 5%BSA to block non-specific protein-protein interactions (30 min at r.t.), followed by secondary antibody incubation for 40 min at room temperature. Primary Antibody (green):Rabbit Anti-MAGE A1 antibody (bsm-60282R,1:100); Isotype Control (orange): Rabbit IgG (bs-0295P). Blank control (black): PBS. Acquisition of 20,000 events was performed.
