The purified product was run on 15% SDS-PAGE at reducing conditions. The gel was stained with Coomassie brilliant blue and destained.
Note: The protein has a predicted molecular weight of 41 but miigrates at 45 in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, likely dueto glycosylation.
