| 保存条件 | Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C. |

Tissue Specificity: Isoform 2 is expressed at high levels in brain, thymus, ovary, testis, leukocyte, liver, small intestine and prostate. Isoform 1 is expressed in the brain, testis and adrenal gland. It is activated in tumorigenic breast cancer cell lines and in the primary tumor of breast cancer patients. Activation also correlates with metastatic lymph node invasion and can be detected in metastatic epithelial cells from the lymph nodes and in the bone marrow of patients. Similarity: Belongs to the RUNDC3 family. Contains 1 RUN domain.
