Rabbit  Anti-C1GALT1/APC
Cat. Number:
bs-9685R-APC
Quantity size:
100ul
Concentration:
1mg/ml  Buffer = 0.01M TBS(pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.03% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol.
Background:
C1GALT1 is a glycosyltransferase that generates the core 1 O-glycan Gal-beta1-3GalNAc-alpha1-Ser/Thr (T antigen), which is synthesized by the transfer of Gal from UDP-Gal to GalNAc-alpha-1-R. Core 1 is a precursor for many extended O-glycans in glycoproteins. C1GALT1 plays a central role in many processes, such as angiogenesis, thrombopoiesis and kidney homeostasis development.
Also known as:
B3Gal T8; Beta 1 3 galactosyltransferase; C1GALT; Core 1 beta1 3 galactosyltransferase 1; Core 1 beta3 Gal T; Core 1 O glycan T synthase; Core 1 synthase glycoprotein N acetylgalactosamine 3 beta galactosyltransferase 1; Core 1 UDP galactose:N acetylgalactosamine alpha R beta 1 3 galactosyltransferase; Glycoprotein N acetylgalactosamine 3 beta galactosyltransferase 1; T synthase.
Specificity:
Rabbit Polyclonal IgG, affinity purified by Protein A.
Reacts with: (predicted: )
Immunogen: KLH conjugated synthetic peptide derived from human C1GALT1.
Predicted Molecular Weight: 40kDa.
Storage:
0.01M TBS(pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.03% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
