bs-24123R-BF350
Concentration:
1mg/ml Buffer = 0.01M TBS(pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.03% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol.
Background:
NAA11 (N(Alpha)-Acetyltransferase 11, NatA Catalytic Subunit) is a Protein Coding gene. GO annotations related to this gene include transferase activity, transferring acyl groups other than amino-acyl groups and peptide alpha-N-acetyltransferase activity. An important paralog of this gene is NAA10.
Also known as:
ARD1B; ARD2; hARD2; N-alpha-acetyltransferase 11; N-alpha-acetyltransferase 11, NatA catalytic subunit; N-terminal acetyltransferase complex ARD1 subunit homolog B; Naa11; NAA11_MOUSE; NatA catalytic subunit.
Specificity:
●
Rabbit Polyclonal IgG, affinity purified by Protein A.
●
Reacts with:
(predicted: )
●
Immunogen: KLH conjugated synthetic peptide derived from mouse NAA11.
●
Predicted Molecular Weight: 28kDa.
Storage:
Preservative: 15mM Sodium Azide, Constituents: 1% BSA, 0.01M PBS, pH 7.4. Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.
