Rabbit  Anti-ENT2/AP
Cat. Number:
bs-10550R-AP
Quantity size:
100ul
Concentration:
1mg/ml  Buffer = 0.01M TBS(pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.03% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol.
Background:
The uptake of nucleosides by transporters, such as SLC29A2, is essential for nucleotide synthesis by salvage pathways in cells that lack de novo biosynthetic pathways. Nucleoside transport also plays a key role in the regulation of many physiologic processes through its effect on adenosine concentration at the cell surface (Griffiths et al., 1997 [PubMed 9396714]).[supplied by OMIM, Nov 2008]
Also known as:
DER12; Equilibrative NBMPR-insensitive nucleoside transporter; Equilibrative nitrobenzylmercaptopurine riboside-insensitive nucleoside transporter; Equilibrative nucleoside transporter 2; HNP36; Hydrophobic nucleolar protein, 36 kDa; SLC29A2; solute carrier family 29 (nucleoside transporters), member 29; Solute carrier family 29 member 2; S29A2_HUMAN.
Specificity:
Rabbit Polyclonal IgG, affinity purified by Protein A.
Reacts with: (predicted: )
Immunogen: KLH conjugated synthetic peptide derived from human ENT2.
Predicted Molecular Weight: 50kDa.
Storage:
0.01M TBS(pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.03% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.
Application:

Not yet tested in other applications.
Optimal working dilutions must be determined by the end user.
