Rabbit
Anti-KCTD17/PE
Cat. Number:
bs-16929R-PE
Concentration:
1mg/ml Buffer = 0.01M TBS(pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.03% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol.
Background:
KCTD16 (potassium channel tetramerisation domain containing 16), also known as BTB/POZ domain-containing protein KCTD16, is a 428 amino acid protein that contains one BTB (POZ) domain. An auxiliary subunit of GABAB R1 and GABAB R2, KCTD16 increases agonist potency and alters the G-protein signaling of the receptors by accelerating onset and promoting desensitization.
Also known as:
BTB;
BTB/POZ domain-containing protein KCTD17;
FLJ12242;
FLJ98761;
KCD17_HUMAN;
KCTD17;
Potassium channel tetramerisation domain containing 17;
POZ domain-containing protein KCTD17;
RP5-1170K4.4.
Specificity:
●
Rabbit Polyclonal IgG, affinity purified by Protein A.
●
Reacts with:
(predicted: )
●
Immunogen: KLH conjugated synthetic peptide derived from human KCTD17.
●
Predicted Molecular Weight: 36kDa.
Storage:
0.01M TBS(pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.03% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.
