Rabbit  Anti-ORP150/AF488
Cat. Number:
bs-4248R-AF488
Quantity size:
100ul
Concentration:
1mg/ml  Buffer = 0.01M TBS(pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.03% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol.
Background:
ORP150 (150KDa Oxygen-regulated Protein) is a member of the heat shock protein/stress protein family and has a pivotal role in cytoprotective cellular mechanisms triggered by oxygen deprivation. This protein has also been described as a molecular chaperone, induced by various environmental and physiological stimuli, and participates in protein folding in the endoplasmic reticulum. Furthermore, ORP150 is up-regulated in tumors and, in breast tumors, may be associated with tumor invasiveness.
Also known as:
150 kDa oxygen regulated protein; 150 kDa oxygen-regulated protein; 170 kDa glucose regulated protein; 170 kDa glucose-regulated protein; DKFZp686N08236; FLJ94899; FLJ97572; glucose regulated protein 170; Grp 170; GRP-170; Grp170; HSP 12A; HSP12A; Hyou1; HYOU1_HUMAN; Hypoxia up regulated 1; hypoxia up-regulated 1 precursor; Hypoxia up-regulated protein 1; Hypoxia upregulated 1; Orp 150; ORP-150; Orp150; oxygen regulated protein (150kD).
