Rabbit  Anti-Gax/FITC
Cat. Number:
bs-1250R-FITC
Quantity size:
100ul
Concentration:
1mg/ml  Buffer = 0.01M TBS(pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.03% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol.
Background:
This gene encodes a member of a subfamily of non-clustered, diverged, antennapedia-like homeobox-containing genes. The encoded protein may play a role in the regulation of vertebrate limb myogenesis. Mutations in the related mouse protein may be associated with craniofacial and/or skeletal abnormalities, in addition to neurovascular dysfunction observed in Alzheimers disease.
Also known as:
growth arrest-specific homeobox; Homeobox protein MOX-2; Mesenchyme homeobox 2; mesenchyme homeobox 2-like; Growth arrest-specific homeobox; GAX; growth arrest homeobox transcription factor GAX; mesenchyme homeobox 2; MEOX2_HUMAN.
Specificity:
Rabbit Polyclonal IgG, affinity purified by Protein A.
Reacts with: (predicted: )
Immunogen: KLH conjugated synthetic peptide derived from human Gax.
