Rabbit  Anti-EBNA 3A/FITC
Cat. Number:
bs-0820R-FITC
Quantity size:
100ul
Concentration:
1mg/ml  Buffer = 0.01M TBS(pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.03% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol.
Background:
EBNA3A is a latent viral nuclear protein expressed in Epstein Barr Virus (EBV) transformed lymphoblastic cell lines. It is also found in some immunoblastic lymphomas in vivo. This viral nuclear protein is essential for EBV mediated transformation of B lymphocytes. The EBNA3A functions as a transcriptional regulator though the target genes are currently unknown.
Also known as:
nuclear antigen EBNA-3; Epstein-Barr nuclear antigen 3; EBV nuclear antigen 3; EBNA-3; Epstein-Barr nuclear antigen 3A; EBV nuclear antigen 3A; EBNA-3A; Epstein Barr Virus; EBV-NA3; EBNA3_EBVG.
Specificity:
Rabbit Polyclonal IgG, affinity purified by Protein A.
Reacts with: (predicted: )
Immunogen: KLH conjugated synthetic peptide derived from Human herpesvirus 4 EBNA 3A (321-345aa).
Predicted Molecular Weight: 103kDa.
Storage:
0.01M TBS(pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.03% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.
